Graphical Communication for Planners Project

In this virtual poster, I created a vision for a site in New Brunswick, NJ that was assigned to the class. An illustrative site plan, a profile, hand-drawn site analysis, land use map, 3D model, and base-maps were developed. Current site conditions, a perspective rendering, and all other plans were introduced as well. Using AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign, the development displayed a community of high-density with a consideration for green spaces in an urbanized area. The project’s objective was to turn mostly unused parcels of land into an area that makes sense for the city and its surrounding areas.
