Undergraduate
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Minor in Urban Planning and Design
Rutgers University
September 2017 - May 2021
For my undergraduate degree, I attended Rutgers University School of Engineering. Achieving Magna Cum Laude, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Urban Planning and Design. The well-established program at the diverse university provided me an outstanding education. It gave me an overview of civil engineering, urban planning concepts, and experience in programs such as Sketch-Up and AutoCAD. In regard to my coursework, I took all the basic requirements needed for general engineering such as classes like Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Statics, and Dynamics. Within Civil Engineering, I have taken Introduction To AutoCAD, Mechanics of Solids, Mechanical Properties of Materials, Statistics, Fluid Mechanics, Elements of Structural Design, Construction Engineering, Soil Mechanics, Transportation Engineering I, Reinforced Concrete, Wastewater Engineering, Foundation Engineering, Intro to Transportation Planning, and several labs. Within my minor in Urban Planning and Design, I have taken classes such as Intro to Site Planning, Fundamentals of Urban Planning and Design, Designing Healthy Cities, Intro to Urban Planning and Design, and Graphical Communications for Planners.
