Transit for All Through Free Fare Policy

For the final paper of the class, I discussed free fare transit for all riders - the positives and the negatives. The impact of COVID-19 on transit agencies, the implementation of free transit programs in cities across the world, and LA Metro’s free fare transit pilot program were analyzed. The paper concluded with suggested policies that would be feasible in cities based on the drawbacks and benefits of such a program.
